Gifted - Gift List Manager App Reviews

I went through 5 different gift tracking apps (wasted about $5) before trying this one. This one is by far the best in my opinion. I like to keep track of all the gifts Ive given in the past so I dont accidentally give someone something twice. This app let me go back and create past events to add people and gifts to. It lets you put as many or as little details into each entry as you want. I found that it let me make choices that formed it to what I needed it to do rather then the other way around. I always found something missing in all the other apps, but so far, not this one. I did have an issue with it being slow the first time I used it. I sent an email to the developer, and they got back to me very quickly with an easy way to fix it. It just turned out that my phone was being glitchy that day. Anyway, Im totally happy with this app and do not hesitate to recommend it.

This is, by far, the best gift app I have used (out of the 5 others I bought). That you can create a general list for a person then assign gifts to specific events is huge. Two suggestions I have: One, to be able to archive past events and hide them from your current list would be nice. Two, it would be a nice idea to have the ability to take a photo of the receipt to archive with it. Great app!

Im forever snapping up gifts and hiding them away only to forget they exist when it is time to give then. I think this may be the solution! Easy and fun to use. I like the way you can filter by person, event or gift. This Id the only app Ive seen with the closet feature. I just wish I could sync/share with other users (like my husband) so we dont double gift when were apart... Please make this link to the cloud! Ive lost all my data when forced to update my phone.

In terms of functionality this app is hands over fist better than the competition. The problem is that updates are only released once a year which means that we have to deal with a dated UI. Would like to see at least bi-annual updates.

Lots of good features, but simple to figure out. Theres a lot of flexibility for how you look at the info youve put in, which I found to be limited in other apps. Ive downloaded and deleted many gift apps, and tried a couple that I just couldnt love after using them a while. This is the one Ill keep.

Highly recommend this app for people who want to stay on top of what they need to buy and for whom. Really like how it connects pictures of gifts youve purchased (or gifts you want to purchase) with bday dates, holidays, anniv dates, Fathers Day, Mothers Day, etc. Know that if you have a long list of folks for whom you purchase gifts, it takes a little while to enter in all their data but that investment of time definitely pays off. You also need to be diligent about regularly entering new gifts to keep this tool relevant to your needs. The app also keeps track of how much youve spent on each person and keeps a log of what youve bought/given each person in the past. Bonus: When youre in a store and cant remember if you have a gift for your friend/family member, pulling up the app will tell you- this has saved me many times. Suggestion to the developer: Will you please better connect the camera to the app? Every time I try to take a pic from the app, the app shuts down. I then have to open my iPhone camera, take a pic, then open the app and select the pic from my photo album. Would save a step if the camera worked directly in the app. Thank you!

Ive been looking for a way to keep my gift lists organized and this app is perfect!

This app is the best! It keeps all your gift ideas at your fingertips. And its for the entire year.

I actually changed to this app after using a different one last year. This one does more than just Christmas and it holds an inventory of gifts you have on hand. I do wish it tallied your budgeted amounts for each person so I dont have to add them up to see if Im good with my overall budget. It does add up as you buy but I like knowing how much Im spending for each person in an event. All in all I highly recommend this app for keeping organized and on budget.

This app has so much potential. I really like the gift closet feature. None of the gift manager apps seem to get it just right though. My biggest beefs here: lacks syncing between devices; lack of static budget (I want the app to keep what I set for each person from year to year...other apps do); and visuals and navigation arent as intuitive as I feel they should be (for instance, Gift Plan has thumbnail pictures for all the gifts input on all screens, not just certain screens; and organization of controls seems more natural...main menus are accessible on a bar across the bottom even in dedicated screens like person profiles...its just visually easier to navigate). More minor complaints...I find the green and blue obnoxious, and the graphics are lagging behind other apps. So this app does more organizationally with greater control, but it just...needs to be done better, cleaner, more efficiently. More updates please...not just bugs...real improvements.

Havent tried any other gift apps but I feel no reason to after trying this one. Being able to assign to different holidays is clutch. The only thing they need to change is their logo - looks like it came straight out of a 2000s website. But if thats the worst thing going then cheers to you guys.

I just got this up and running and am really liking it! I like being able to see what Ive already got for each person, as well as recording ideas for later, clothing sizes, etc. its all on my phone instead of on a piece of paper I will lose! Here are some suggestions for future versions: 1. Manually sort people 2. Gifts received!

It keeps track of all my gifts and when I gave them . And is a reminder when I buy something ahead of time.

Easy to use, well organized. Would be perfect if had option to scan UPC code to enter gifts

Its a great organizing tool. Takes some using often to know how to use the divisions of groups that can be frustrating.

I like that i can enter as much or as little information as i want!

Love this app! It allows me to shop for birthdays, Christmas and other special events throughout the year and keep track of what I have bought, what I need to buy, and how much I have spent. Have been unable to find any other app so efficient and yet easy to use.

This app keeps me from buying the same person two gifts because I shop for presents all year long! I hide stuff and forget it, but not anymore! Very easy to use!
